Protocol 01: Code of Conduct & Integrity

1.1 Strategic Loyalty & Unilateral Governance

The SHELBY CORE ecosystem operates on a principle of absolute professional alignment. Upon authorization, the Independent Operator ("Operator") agrees to act with total fidelity to the system’s interests. Any act of sabotage, whether through negligence or intent, shall be met with immediate expulsion and legal pursuit.

1.2 Prohibited Financial Conduct

No Direct Solicitations: You are strictly forbidden from collecting, receiving, or facilitating funds (Cash, Wire, Crypto) on behalf of SHELBY CORE.
Embezzlement & Redirection: Any attempt to redirect client traffic or funds to personal accounts is classified as industrial theft.
No Unauthorized Surcharges: Charging clients extra fees outside the SHELBY CORE price list is grounds for immediate termination.

1.3 Technical Integrity

The Operator shall not modify, decompile, or alter any portion of the SHELBY CORE digital infrastructure. Any unauthorized injection of code or alteration of web elements is an act of cyber-hostility.

Legal Enforcement & Liquidated Damages

In the event of a breach of Protocol 01 (Integrity) or Protocol 03 (Confidentiality), the Operator acknowledges and agrees to the following Liquidated Damages:

Contractual Penalty: A fixed sum of $280,000.00 USD to $730,000.00 USD per occurrence.
Full Indemnification: Responsibility for all legal fees, forensic audit costs, and restoration of material/non-material brand value.
Injunctive Relief: We reserve the right to seek emergency court orders to freeze assets or halt unauthorized operations globally.

Protocol 02: Verification & Authentication

2.1 Authentication Standards

Verification is not optional. SHELBY CORE utilizes high-security biometrical cross-referencing. Failure to meet the authentication standard within 48 hours results in a "Security Purge."

2.2 The "No Glasses" Directive

To ensure 100% authenticity, the Eye Protocol photograph must be submitted according to these strict criteria:

Unobstructed View: No glasses (including prescription, reading, or tinted eyewear), no hats, no facial coverings.
No Digital Alteration: AI-enhancements or edited photographs are prohibited.
Credential Match: The visual data must match the photographic records of the provided Veteran or Disability documentation. Any discrepancy is a terminal "Breach of Integrity."

Protocol 03: Termination & Dormancy

3.1 Unilateral Termination Rights

SHELBY CORE maintains an absolute, non-negotiable right to terminate access without prior notice and without stating a cause. This decision is final and non-appealable.

3.2 Dormancy Purge

Any slot showing no operational activity for 90 consecutive days is automatically purged. Re-entry requires a full re-application and a new Authorization Fee.

3.3 Notification Risk

Failure of email delivery (Spam filters, server errors) is the sole responsibility of the Operator. Termination remains valid even if notification was not successfully delivered.

Protocol 04: Legal Boilerplate & Governance

4.1 Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Any dispute shall be settled via binding individual arbitration. You hereby **waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit** against SHELBY CORE.

4.2 Independent Contractor Status

No employment relationship is created. You are responsible for all taxes, insurance, and social security in your local jurisdiction.

4.3 Severability & No-Waiver

If any part of these Protocols is found unenforceable, all other parts remain in full force. Failure to enforce a rule at one time does not constitute a waiver of our rights.

4.4 Force Majeure

SHELBY CORE is not responsible for downtime caused by acts of God or global network failures.
